The learning experiences are:

• A space for living learning. "I" in the first person learn from my own acts, from my own decisions, from the impact that they have on the rest of the "world" and I "become aware of" possible opportunities for change.
• A motivating project in that you can live entertaining, challenging and exciting experiences through it.
• A game without risk: It allows “trial and error”. It immediately shows the effects of the decisions that we take. Errors do not have the costs they would in real life.
• A means that involves the body, the mind and the emotions of the participants settling into their process of training.

What they are not: Outdoor Training activities or business events.

Basic Structure of a Learning Experience

How do we learn in a Learning Experience?

• Through the Experience and the Impact of the experience itself
• Creating spaces for reflection that generate the "becoming aware of" physically, mentally and emotionally on three levels:

• Individual (with "Log Books" or other guide materials)
• Awareness of the state of mind at a certain moment,
• How this state of mind influences the individual, the team and the organisation,
• What changes (learning) they may/want to implement.
• As a team
• How the team is functioning.
• What decisions can be taken to improve.
• What barriers/facilitators are affecting the team work.
• In groups
• How the work of each team has influenced the dynamic of the group.
• What relationships there have been between teams that have influenced later decisions.

• Generating guided final presentations:

• Record of learning generated.
• Presentation to the rest of the group with concrete demands by the director of the group.

• Feed-back from the team of Observers and the directors of the Learning Experience.

  This is a business management game where companies and institutions interact making a market that replicates a context of complexity and growing uncertainty.

• GYMKHANA OF LEARNING.This is a wheel of learning with different tests/stations. Each of them creates an experience that generates learning about specific aspects that the client has defined previously.

• "Learning Expeditions" CHALLENGES.
  
  This is a learning experience in the form of an expedition, understood as a challenge, as a transforming experience in the that every participant learns, using experiences and events that tale place naturally, broadening their skills and results.

• BEER GAME.This is a simulation board game that is designed so that the participants experience the behaviour of a system and the pressures of a role within a complex system.

• WORKSHOPS BASED ON DYNAMIC SIMULATION.This is an experience that covers language, conceptual framework and modelling processes, through a hands-on method. The participants experience the strength and application of the dynamic model applied to real business issues.
