People are apparent in the world through their actions and their interactions with others in language. We call these interactions conversations (Maturana).

In conversations we see what people ARE: accepting or denying others, taking on responsibilities or not, showing respect or not, generating or denying commitments, etc. This means that their language indicates to us the perception that they have of the world.

Therefore, our capability to generate more human organisations will depend on:

• The capability to generate powerful and constructive conversations based on the main emotion of the mutual acceptance, through dialogue and discussion

• The capability to generate trust in others based on our:

• Sincerity: we tell the truth.
• Competency: we are capable of doing what we say we do.
• Responsibility: we really do what we say we do.
